AERO COVERS manufactures top quality aircraft covers, including wing covers, canopy covers and cowl covers, as well as marine covers, and numerous accessories. AERO COVERS is a second generation family-owned company located in the North Hangar at the Lake Simcoe Regional Airport in Central Ontarios Cottage Country. Weve been operating since 1994, so we know the cover business "Inside Out". The many product improvements and refinements weve developed over the years are a direct result of listening to what our customers tell us.

Aircraft Covers

We can supply wing covers, canopy covers, and engine covers for a wide range of commercial and private aircraft as well as engine intake plugs, wheel covers, pitot tube covers, Cherokee tail cone covers, and many other unique and helpful accessories. We also provide professional interior upholstery repairs.

Windsock Products

No matter what your windsock requirements, we will custom-manufacture any size and colour combination to meet your particular needs, whether it be the standard five band orange/white for airport use, or one single colour (red, orange, white, yellow, or purple for that matter) for private airfield use or for promotional purposes. Windsocks are also becoming popular for industrial uses as an aid to the handling of hazardous chemicals and agents. We also make our ever-more popular "Canada Flag" windsock.

Our windsock frames are all stainless steel and use nylon bushings, so they can be expected to give many years of trouble free, rust free performance.

Marine Products

The newest addition to the AERO COVERS product line-up is our marine products section. We custom manufacture boat tops and covers, bimini tops, interior upholstery repairs, and a variety of marine accessories. Watch for updates to this section of our website in the near future.
